Jetty and Supply Base
Elshcon Nigeria Limited has two Marine Jetties/Terminals equipped with fabrication workshops, both facilities are located on #11 Trans-Woji Road, & #7 Elshcon Road, Off #3 Trans-Woji Road, Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and consisting of about 20,000sq./m2.
Base 1 alone consists of 10,000m2. Base 1 facility consists of a Jetty, modern warehouse and a fabrication workshop with a total covered area of about 950m2 of floor space. The building has extra 20 office/work stations.
The workshop alone covers an area of 455m2 while the rest shelter (Warehouse occupies an area of 495m2). The base is currently being utilized for jetty services, fabrication, construction, welding activities, warehousing, jetty services (Load-out and bulking operations) and outdoor storage, etc. It also has about 500m2 well paved outdoor stacking / Fabrication Area.
Base 2, has 350mtrs of shore length and 10,000sq./m2 consisting of offices, workshop and outdoor stacking area, with sickbay and canteen.
The Jetties/Terminals are both easily accessed through the Slaughter Trans-Woji link road. The Bases are both secured by armed security officers, third party security guards and CCTV system.
Elshcon has a very cordial relationship with her host community. Both jetties are 100% owned by Elshcon.
All logistics services are available to suit client needs on a dedicated or ad-hoc / bespoke basis.
